Well, this issue is still not completely fixed on my Dashboard.

The price details in my Dashboard did indeed change on Friday 7 April to something closer to the correct values but it is still not correct.

My contracted price for my Unlimited Fibre broadband was £21.99 prior to March 2023. This was arrived at by discounting my line rental price of £23.19 by £1.20 to £21.99, and by discounting my Unlimited Fibre price of £18.56 by £18.56 to £0.00.

It appears that whilst the Unlimited Fibre discount of £18.56 had now been increased by the price increase figure of 14.4% to £21.23, the Line Rental discount of £1.20 has remained unchanged. In order for the new price to be correct, this Line Rental discount should also have been increased by 14.4% to £1.37, taking the new price to £25.16 (which is £21.99 plus 14.4% as expected) rather than the price shown on the dashboard of £25.33, an error of £0.17.

Not much admittedly but it should be correct and we are now about two weeks on from the date that was suggested in this thread and by CS for the fix to be in place. When are Plusnet going to get this sorted?

It seems to be the landline and broadband accounts with the issue.
I’ve recontracted twice at 24.99 and it shows 25.53.
I’ve also asked to be moved to unlimited fibre at 22.99 as I only get 30mb on extra and the ticket is unanswered after several days.

@adamwalker could this be sorted please, it's been going on a while and with due respect I have recontracted with you for 2 years.

1 - If I recontract for 24.99 I expect to see 24.99 not 25.53

2 - I only get 30-31mb and have asked to move to the normal fibre at 22.99 which doesn't come up on recontracts as we can't automatically regrade down.

I've asked several times, please could it be actioned with the options team asap.
