Hi,
I have logged into my account to renew my contract however this message keeps popping up: You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
I haven't ordered anything and it's stopping me from accessing some of the options. How do I get rid of it?

Thanks a lot lot for getting in touch @user203948 and I'm really sorry ab0out that/. It looks as though there were a couple of stuck call features on the account which I've now processed. This should be resolved within the next few hours. Let us know if you're still having any issues tomorrow.
