Keeping Email address when changing from business to residential

I have been advised by Plusnet to change from business to residential account. Currently I have a x@xxx.plus.com address which hundreds of people know and use. If I change to a residential fibre account will my address have to change and will I lose my emails?

Have they told you, you can keep the same username and account? If so, nothing will change.
