Moved to full fibre but discounts not applied to bill :(

Good afternoon,

Long term customer moved from FTTC to FTTP (500) 10 days ago. My bill has just come through but without expected discounts applied (32.99 expected but being charged 58.02).

Any help gratefully appreciated. Thank you

I think it would be fair to say that billing isn't one of the better bits of the Plusnet service.

Most likely it will sort it out after a couple of billing cycles but when I've had similar issues a phone call has resolved it

I am the satisfied customer....

No problem. Thank you for the reply. I have had a credit for the over billed part which will show on my next bill and have been told the discount has now been applied correctly. I guess that won’t show til, the next bill generation?

@Beefyb Thanks for your swift response, yes that's right, the credit will show on your next bill as good will gesture.
