My contract - a contradiction

In the Dashboard, my contract end date is 1 November 2019. This is wrong.
My email from Plusnet says my 24-month contract ends on 24 March 2023.
I spent a fruitless 15-minute wait on the phone and then put the phone down,
Can it be corrected, please?

There are some known issues under investigation which can cause different contract details to be displayed depending on the browser and platform used to access the portal.
Are you able to access the portal with a different browser or platform?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
