No internet after billing failed

My internet got cut off yesterday after I failed to pay my bill on time, I paid it as soon as this happened I have reset my router multiple times, left it off all day while I was at work, I’m able to connect to wifi and ping google and my own ip letting me see my router settings but nothing else, router is showing 1000mbps up and down on its settings page. But I can’t connect any device to it through lan or wifi just my mobile and the internet hasn’t been working since yesterday morning. Any help would be much appreciated I believe this post belongs in accounts/failed billing and not broadband as this has happened before it seems to be a block plusnet has to lift manually.

Should also add if it wasn’t clear I have changed my ip multiple times today trying to fix this
