No internet connection after billing failed

My internet went down 3 days ago, plusnet page said make payment to restore services, I paid bill and 2 days later still no connection, reset router multiple times and factory reset- when I connect via Wi-Fi it brings me to plusnet site with message “No invoice in failed billing” this happens every month but usually resolves within a few hours at most.
