No, you were not scaremongering; you were given not the best of information and rightly sought clarification. The wrong information does indeed lead to grief and confusion.
The fact that agents sometimes (too often ?) get things wrong also at times fuel cynicism about Plusnet's direction, which is not overly helpful.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
