No reward card email

Just seeing if I can get any help as I haven’t received my reward card redemption email and it’s been over a month now ? Was promised £110 reward card when signing up

I'm sorry to hear you have not received the claiming email yet, having reviewed the account I can confirm that the offer is applied. With this in mind I have raised this case with our Rewards escalations team, and as soon as I have a response I will contact you back.
