Not Yet Received My £110 Rewards Card

My install was on the 27th March, I have not yet received my rewards card for this.

Hi @Kayleelambert22 thank you for getting in touch with us, I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your reward card yet. We identified an issue with the reward cashback offer where:

"6971 accounts have been affected by INC03349528 and as a result have not received their claim email/cashback reward.

 

The fix has been implemented:

  • A cleanup is now underway and accounts that have not received their email/reward will have their data resubmitted to Blackhawk.
  • The customer data will be sent in batches and this will be happening throughout this week due to the large volume of accounts that have been affected.

We appreciate that this has been a long process, and we apologise for any inconvenience that has caused, please rest assured that we have been working tirelessly to implement a solution as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure the best outcome for each affected account."

 

You should expect your claiming email within the next few weeks, please keep an eye out on your email inbox for the claiming email coming from no-reply@plusnetrewards.com, you can also search for PureCard or BlackHawk on your search bar in case it has gone into spam/junk folder.
