Hi,
My current contract ends 29th Feb. My latest bill through today for 1st Feb - 29th Feb has charged the out of contract price.
I was expecting this on the next bill (although my plan is to re-contract or leave before then anyway).
Can someone check this for me?

Had another look and discounts have only been applied from 01/02 to 08/02. Billing date is 01/02 and contract end date is 29/02. Overcharge of £27.98.

Thanks, but can't reply to the ticket, seems to have been closed.
So my contract is 27.51, I've been charged 55.49, difference of 27.98. It's the discounts that are wrong - usually 38.64, this time 10.66. As you say, the 2.50 call overcharge has already been credited so that should have no bearing.
I was also hoping maybe the direct debit could just be changed (it's not due until the 8th I think) Renegotiating a new contract with a refund due can be a nightmare - from previous experience.

Fair enough @willcutforth , The refund should still be for 27.98 and not the 25.48 that you calculated, no?

Thanks, but the 2.50 was already credited to the bill (this bill), it wasn't refunded. I noticed the 'phantom' 123 calls before the bill was produced and Matthew credited it, so the overcharge and the credit appear on the same bill and cancel each other out.
The overcharge of 27.98 is from the discounts not being applied properly as detailed above.

Feel a little silly quibbling over £2.50 but it's the principle I guess.
Basically, two separate issues are being conflated here. A £27.98 discounts overcharge and a £2.50 call overcharge.
Matthew dealt with the £2.50 already last week by crediting the bill before it was issued. The credit cancelled out the charge. Problem solved.
The £27.98 discounts overcharge is a separate issue and should have been refunded in full - instead, Will has conflated the two, writing: "have sorted out a refund of £25.48 as I can see that Matthew sorted out the £2.50 call charge"
My contact is £27.51, been charged £30.01 (after refund) - overcharge of £2.50.
