Hello,
In October there was an error with my bill, where plusher incorrectly thought I was cancelling my service. Despite informing them that I was not cancelling, the charge was still applied to the bill. To correct this, they refunded credits to the account, as I have not cancelled my account.
Since then, my bill seems to have gone up from around £23 per month(which is the correct contractual amount) to around £55 or something. As part of the issues above, plus asked I Vance my direct debit.
Need to set back up, but the bill I amounts are all wrong! Can I get this corrected to the correct amount ?

Hello @Ryancowell
Thanks a lot for getting in touch and I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused here.
I've just had a look through the account, and to avoid posting billing information in the public domain, have sent you an email with my take on the matter, and what I've done to correct things for you. Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions at all.
