Plusnet is destroying my credit score

Please can you PM me the postcode the mobile account was under and screenshot of your credit file showing the £25.00 so that I can send it to the relevant team.

@SammyM @Gandalf I have PM you both as I do remember back in February 2021 Gandalf try to sort out my credit file on my plusnet mobile.
