Previous name still showing on bill

My name has been updated in my account settings, but my old name and title are still on my bill. Can this be updated please?

Morning @SmallfryPigeon when did you change your name on the account? Was it before the bill was produced?

About two years ago now, so long before the bill! I’ve only just noticed that all my bills still show my old name at the top of the pdf.

@SmallfryPigeon  it should be sorted for you now, however it won't be amended on the other bills unfortunately.
