Can someone from PlusNet please ask the relevant department to look into releasing a referral payment to me?

What do you mean?

You want accumulated referral payments paying out to you? These usually do not happen until the credits reach £50
You believe that there is a referral payment due to you, which is not showing on your referral credits history? See here - https://www.plus.net/my.html?action=mydiscount_static_info&r_action=Current_Referrals&_ga=2.44495844...

Is this the first credit for this referred account?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Hi Townman.

I get well over £50 in referrals each month, and normally paid to me each month. I have been asked to post a message here each month asking for future payments to be made. I have not had payment for two months. So if someone from could look at my account and pay what I am owed, that would be wonderful.
