Referrals

I have referred 2 family members to PN but not received referral credit for either so just wondering if because they are family you do not get the credit.

When did you refer them? Have they paid their first invoice yet?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

One referred around 10 months ago and the other around 3 months ago and yes both have paid the first invoice. Just thought it may have been because they are family.

That shouldnt make any difference.

Sounds like the referrals didn't get processed properly. Did the referrals quote your username when they signed up ?

@mort7890 have they previously appeared, or never. Their relationship to you is irrelevant.

Never shown up and did not think that family would make any difference, will have to check with them to see if they did give my username as a referral, that could be the problem.

Checkeck with both of the family. The first one was just a year ago they have now found another supplier cheaper and faster in the area they live so I can forget that one. The second one of the family only came on board in July and have been paying monthly since then and she says she quoted my username on completing the signup. So it does appear I have one missing.
