Renewed Contract, but just been billed for uplifted price at end of old contract

Hello,

We have just received our latest bill and it has been set at the amount that we would have been charged at the end of our previous contract.

We have already renewed with a new contract from 11/12/2023, with a monthly subscription of £25.99 for 24 months.

Can someone advise on what is happening here?

I've looked into this for you but I can't go into too much detail as the matter is account specific.

What I've done for you is create a ticket on your account with the information

We'll be in touch when we know more

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
