Reward Card Email

Hi all! Please can we get confirmation that our account is eventually going to receive this email? Seems like you have to chase to get confirmation on this, which seems like bad form to me.
It's been nearly a month and there is no banner or message indicating the issues you are having with this, and if we miss out on this perk because we have to clarify we haven't received it, it leaves a rather sour taste.

Unfortunately, I wish there was a way to keep you updated without having you reach out for an update. However, I can see your reward has been sent out to you and claimed. 

Leaving this message for people that have not received their reward card yet.

I have chased this incident, and I have been informed that the issue is now resolved, and they are just working there way way through to send out the claim email to people that have not received them yet we will be re-submitting their information over to Black-hawk to re-issue the cards please allow up to 14 days for the reward card to be sent out.
