Reward Card

Hi,

 

I ordered my broadband on 31st Jan and chose a package with a reward card. It was delayed, so services started on 21st Feb. I still haven't been provided with instructions on how to claim my reward card. When can I expect these?

Hi @waynehannah 

 

Just dropping another message to let you know that a cheque has been sent out to you for £50 and this will arrive within 14 days through the post. This is to replace the reward card as the promotion hasn't kicked in on the account.
