Reward Card

Hi,

I ordered my broadband on 31st Jan and chose a package with a reward card. It was delayed, so services started on 21st Feb. I still haven't been provided with instructions on how to claim my reward card. When can I expect these?

Thanks for reaching out over forums, I've dropped an email over to our cashback team to look into this further for us. They'll be back in touch with me within 3 working days, I'll be back in touch then to let you know what's going off.

Just dropping another message to let you know that a cheque has been sent out to you for £50 and this will arrive within 14 days through the post. This is to replace the reward card as the promotion hasn't kicked in on the account.
