Please can someone tell me what is going on with my refund ? I moved Broadband supplier and I am still owed nearly £60 and since contacting Plusnet since September 2022 three times I am still waiting.

The final bill is usually produced 21 days after the account has closed.
What gives rise to the credit balance? If that is accumulated referral credits, then you need o explicitly ask for those to be paid out. What do the tickets on your account show - see the PN Ticket link below.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
