My contract ended, and the price doubled the same day. But who is the genius behind this? Now I have to pay £54 for a service promoted by £25
Of course, I can renew my contract to get the £25 price again or switch to another provider who cares more about customers. Terrible customer experience

Hey there @Nanodoce and welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear you had a poor experience. From reading the post it seems like it has irritated you that we didn't let you know the contract was coming to an end. There should have been an email 2 month prior to it ending. Working together to get this sorted, I can give you a call to get you through to the customer options team if you would like? They will be able to look at getting you a better deal. Otherwise, If you give our guys a call on 0800 013 2632 they will be able to advise. Their opening hours are:
Monday - Friday 8am-8pm
Saturday 9am - 7pm
Sunday 9am - 6pm
