Tracking a fault.

We have had no phone dial tone since Tiesday 2nd, and virtually no broadband. An openreach engineer had called but has failed to find the fault, he says its external to the property, but can't locate. We've heard nothing since and the fault should have been resolved by yesterday. I'm unable to work from the house. How can I find out what is happening?

@Gel have you ever read "How to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie? It's worth a read.

Re: Tracking a fault.

Sorry to hear this @caf

From what I can see Openreach have been out this morning and fixed things.

Is all working okay now?

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

Re: Tracking a fault.

@Gel I'd googled tracking my fault code and it stated it could be done via 'my account', hence posting in my account section, I had a fault ref and I wanted to check on its status.
