Unable to change my payment method

I get the following error message when I hit the change payment method button : 'There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator'

I need to change my DD details, can we get this fixed please, don't really want to have to make a phone call.

Works in Firefox, but should really be fixed for Chrome as well.
