Unable to renew my plusnet contract

When I try renew my plusnet contract it says on my account that an order is already being processed.
However, I haven't changed my broadband plan at all. Is there another way to renew my contract with plusnet?

A Plusnet staffer can sort this for you.
You can renew by calling the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632. There’s rarely more than a few minutes delay on this line.
