Unauthorised user on account

My eldery mother with dementia has Plusnet phone and broadband.

I created the account for her.  I am the one to check the bill is paid.

I mange her account with her username and password.

Suddenly there is an a new admin on her account.

This is NOT AUTHORISED.

I phoned Plusnet support for help.  They can't delete the UNAUTHORISED user.

Can a plusnet admin please PM me to assist the removal of the UNAUTHORISED person.
