What happened to customer service ?

A lot of people are probably wondering.

I spoke to a helpful lady on 20th of this Month (last Wednesday) and she escalated my problem to her suppervisor, who would be out of the office for a few as would the lady, but I should have a reply by Saturday.

All I got was a message noting the escalation and I missed the lady yesterday as she was on another earlier shift. I have had no reply by today, even though a young man I spoke to yesterday, said he would send a note to the supervisor.

My impression ,is now that they don't care, so I will be leaving, but I have wasted 6 notification days, as my end of term is within 14 days of now. My family, also Plusnet customers with not long to run on their contracted term, are taking note.

I overstayed with Plusnet for too many years, giving them the benefit of the doubt on every mistake and reduction of service.

Last year I finally jumped ship after 24 years, and am so glad I did, my new ISP is SO MUCH BETTER !

 

@teddysmum  which ISP are you considering moving to ?
