Hi guys I was hoping to get some advice about a sudden increase in my bill. I normally pay £28 per month. I don't use my line rental just broadband. My statement for this month has went from £28 to £52 . I don't have any late fees so I am abit confused about the sudden increase. My statement just says Line rental - £28 (I don't have a phone plugged in at all ) extra fibre broadband -£30 and under this a discount -£6
Could it maybe be my contract? My contract ends at the end of this month . I'm so confused about this. If anyone has any advice or answers for me I'd really appreciate it. Thank you

@Daniel82 It is your contract - if it ends at the end of this month, you have been charged the out-of-contract price for next month - you pay a month in advance. I suggest you give Customer Options a call on 0800 013 2632 and negotiate your next contract.
