I am out of contract for broadband and phone and on pressing renew I am only offered 18 months. For various reasons I want 12 months and calling is not an option with dodgy hearing (the great ticket system seems to have gone). If signing up as a new customer you have the option to chose but not as an existing customer 😞

I'm afraid that if there's no option for you to choose a 12 month contract online, then the only way to discuss this further is by calling us. The best number to get us on is 0800 013 2632 as that'll take you straight to our Customer Options Team.
I appreciate your hearing isn't great though, so have you considered using a text relay service? We've got a good guide here https://www.plus.net/help/legal/accessibility/ which goes into more detail about the support we offer.
