being over charged ?

I currently have Plusnet 900 package and looking at the current pricing it is £46month,

When i first upgraded to the 900 package in August 2022 all was well and last year in september i received an email stating they were unable to supply me with my Pre-Contract and Contract Summary documents and with that being an error on their end they would allow me to cancel without any charge but i continued to stay.

Now looking at my account it states i have 6 month remaining on my contract but for the last 4 coming up 5 month i have been paying £62.92 per month.

Now im wondering if my contract is still active and am i being overcharged or is my contract actually void ?

any help would be greatly appreciated

Chris.

Re: being over charged ?

Hi Chris -- as has been stated so often here, Plusnet's accounts system has a mind of its own when changing or renewing contracts. It often charges the out-of-contract rate but refunds the overpayment from subsequent bills. Your best bet would be to give PN a ring -- the advisers look in here now and again but calling them will be faster.
