cannot login to broadband

Hello can anyone help me to figure out the problem? I cannot log in even though I have created an account and paid 35.99 pounds for unlimited fibre and activation fee. I clicked "reset my password", but it showed it cannot find any account associated with my email. I don't know why.

Hiya @Shan93, I'm really sorry that you are having some issues getting logged into your account. 

 

When trying to reset the password, can you instead try using  the username you chose on sign up (any emails from us about your account will have your username on it)? You can reset the password here: https://www.plus.net/member-centre/forgot-password/
