old router

hello,

I recently received a new router, and have sent the old one back on 19 feb. I have received a message from plusnet support dated today asking me to do this, (Question 246295535) and I can't work out how to reply which is why I am here! I went on the HelpAssist and could not add a message.  I just need to let PNSupport know I have sent the old router back and have a receipt from the post office, I don't know if someone can do this for me or if you can let me know how.

@leo99 If you have the receipt then don't worry - you have proof of despatch and that is all you need. Did you do the return via the Plusnet website?

I suspect these automated messages are a little 'late' in being sent (automatically).

hi John, thanks for reply. No, I didn't go via the website I'm afraid, I just stuck the label that was in the box on to the outside of the bag and took it to the post office. Hopefully it will arrive safely. Thanks again
