Hi
Posting this on behalf of a relative, for whom I'm an Authorised User.
Whilst trying to debug an issue with their BT handsets, which support Call Guardian (CG), I noticed that Caller Display wasn't working, meaning that ALL calls were being passed to CG, and that nothing was getting through, even when the caller was in the phone's address book.
I confirmed this by disabling CG on the handsets, and ringing the landline number from my mobile - again, Caller Display didn't appear to work, and my number came up as "withheld".
To try and "tickle" things into life, in the best IT Crowd tradition, I sought to turn it off and on again, specifically by disabling the "Caller Display" call feature, via https://www.plus.net/member-centre/phone
That was at least two weeks back, and yet "Call features" still shows : -
Additional advanced call features you've added: Caller Display (Awaiting removal), Voicemail (Awaiting activation)
with the banner: -
An error has occurred
You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
at the top of the page - https://www.plus.net/member-centre/phone
I'm guessing some at Plusnet needs to apply some wizarding ways to "tickle" the feature off and, perhaps, back on again.
Please can you DM me, and I'll provide the customer's Plusnet account details ( username and/or landline number ).

I've triggered things to update, which should activate Caller Display within 24 hours.
