you already have a product change in progress

Hi, a few days ago I tried to sign up for new 18 month contract at the deal price, I notice I recieved an email confirming the router has been ordered but nothing to tell me the new broadband / phone line package is in progress, my account shows "you already have a product change in progress"  Can you advise if the order is in progress and when my account will be updated?
