£75 Reward card

Hi there,

I signed up last week for your Full fibre £500 and it stated a £75 Reward Card which I snapped up as who wouldn’t. I now see the offer is no longer then and wnat to make sure that I definitely did my online order for broadband in time to get this (I believe I did but it’s not in my confirmation email) I see that an email to claim gets sent 10 days after going live so that would
Be 10 days from 2nd March but want to make sure this will definitely come. Thank you 😊

Hey there @Gordyym1 and welcome to the family.

I can confirm the reward card is what you signed up for so you should be ok with it Let me know if you don't get the email after 10 days though. (You should, but it's just a fail safe.
