Activating Your Line - No Date Provided

Hi,

 

I'm using the Broadband Order Tracker to find out when my line will be activated. I have received the kit, it's connected and ready. Checking the line test came back ok. 

 

I'm seeing this under Activating your Line:

Broadband orders typically take a week to complete. Your broadband order should complete on {strCustActivationDate}. Please note that this date can sometimes change. We'll let you know if this happens.

 

Please can you let me know what date my line is due to be activated? Is there anyway to speed things up?

Thanks a lot for getting in touch and I'm really sorry for the error which is appearing on your Broadband Order Tracker. I've just had a look into the account though and can confirm that your services will be going live tomorrow at any point up to midnight. Smiley
