Activation due today

Hi can you check the progress on the order for Plusnet phone and fibre broadband.
We had emails on the 4th saying it would be today but nothing is showing, and the date for the fibre connection is blank.

I've just checked your order and things look to be on track so your phone & fibre should both activate before midnight.

Can you let me know if there are any issues tomorrow morning?
