Appointment engineer

Hello. Yesterday 12 October We created an account and ordered a broadband Internet package. Then we chose the date appointment engineer on October 24 (this is the most suitable date for us) and then paid for all services. but this morning I received a message in the mail that your meeting has been rescheduled for November 1 without our consent. please explain why this happened. Thank you.

Welcome to the Plusnet Community fora.

Unfortunately Plusnet can only request an installation date to Openreach who actually provide the service. This has then got to be scheduled into the Openreach workflow, which is dependant on engineer availability in your area.
