I'm really sorry for the delay in getting back to you last week, we've been quite busy recently. I've run some tests on the line today and I'm not seeing any underlying faults at the moment, with the RADIUS report showing the connection remaining stable. The connection was rebooted in the early hours of Wednesday morning, but no reboots have been carried out since. I'm hoping that this means things are looking a little better on your end - is that the case, or are you still having issues?
