Broadband not activated {strCustActivationdate}

Hello,
I’ve had endless issues since trying to transfer to you on 28 October. My phone line has finally been activated today, but my broadband has not. I phoned earlier & was told it should be active by 7pm normally & they could see no issues or reason why it shouldn’t, but it hasn’t.

Checking my broadband order tracker I see it says
“ACTIVATING YOUR LINE
Broadband orders typically take a week to complete. We're waiting for confirmation that your broadband order, due {strCustActivationdate}, has completed.”

I am concerned that as there is no date listed that a problem has occurred with the broadband. Can someone please check into this for me, I’m just so exhausted by all this having devoted hours of my life to this over the last month 😞. Thank you

Fix
With a few minutes to go until midnight by broadband finally turned on! So hopefully all the issues are now solved!
