Hey Gandalf, thanks for escalating - I've received a message that an engineer will need to come out and check the line but there are no options to actually agree to the engineer coming out, can I confirm here with the response:

 

> Yes please arrange for an engineer to call, I’ve tested the phone line and can call through fine. This has been an incredible inconvenience and has left me strongly considering leaving Plusnet.
