I was trying to book engineer for 4-4-25
Today, without any contact I received email - engineer is booked for 8-4-25
In order summary engineer is still booked for 4th April
So for now i really don't know when engineer is coming but already I know I can't be at home 8-4-25 but there is no information what to do in that case.

In that case, I am guessing you selected 4.4.2025 as your preferred date. Unfortunately, Openreach have obviously said they cannot accommodate you, and have given Plusnet the first available date.
If that is not acceptable, you need to contact PN, and arrange a mutually acceptable time.

Hi @b1z
I am sorry for the dissatisfaction that has arose from the engineers appointment not been alligned with your requirements. Usually we are unable to bring forwards engineers appointment dates as they are aligned with Openreach engineer availability nevertheless if you private message us your account username then we will glady look into the account to see if anything can be done.
Thanks
Lee
