Hi Mark, I've dropped you an email via your account about an hour ago. Not sure if you've received it? 

The email's logged on the ongoing support ticket Here though.

My response basically was "I've spoken with a team supervisor within our suppliers helpdesk and they've escalated the order from their level, assuring me that it should complete before midnight tonight. I can't guarantee 100% as the foreseen may happen but we'll be sure to keep an eye on this and let you know when we know more"

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Good morning, I’ve not received any confirmation of the service becoming live( text) but out of curiosity I plugged in the phone & the line is active?
Does this indicate the broadband will be also?

Hi Mark, sorry for the delay. I wasn't on shift today, but have decided to log on tonight for a couple of hours overtime. 

If you can make and receive calls then that suggests the engineering work has been carried out but to activate your broadband service, the order needs to complete in the supplier systems which is the problem as it's currently stuck. 

I've been back in touch with our suppliers helpdesk tonight, and the agent has escalated this further into their Application Support Group (ASG) team. We'll update you again after the weekend as soon as we know more.
