I started my subscription since 16 days ago and i have received a message saying your service has been activated and i still haven’t received my router hub, 3 days ago i also received a message saying choose a day for an engineer i chose yesterday and today and neither no one came in those two days!!

Hi there,
I'm really sorry for the issues and confusion. We've reactivated your phone line and your broadband order's due to complete on the 22nd September without having to arrange an engineer visit.
We've also manually ordered your router which you should receive well in time for the activation.
