Delayed activation - No explanation

Our internet was due to be setup by midnight on 14.09.22. Had a feeling all day it would end up delayed, I called Plusnet yesterday and was on hold for 50 minutes, I was told that it should be up within the next 3/4 hours, thus by 4pm, however that it could take up until midnight. A day has passed and we still do not have any internet, this is very disappointing, my partner and I both need internet for our work and delay without reason is slightly irritating. Can anyone help?

Hi there, I'm really sorry that your order got delayed for a few days, having checked on this I can see it was due to a system issue. It looks like that was resolved yesterday and the connection is working OK now but please do get back in touch if there's anything further we can help with.
