Hello,
I've just recently moved and have signed up to Plusnet, but have received an email saying Plusnet has confirmed I have cancelled my order for Home Phone when I haven't.
It says;
Account username: mclharris
We can confirm that your order for Home Phone has now been cancelled.
Should you wish to sign up for our Home Phone service in the future, you can do so though our website -
https://www.plus.net/upgrade_process.html
I'm expecting an installation date between the 14-16th December and have already paid. Is there a reason why my home phone order was cancelled?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I'm really sorry for the delay.
From what I can see our systems hadn't properly submitted it to our suppliers, so the order didn't go through.
I've replaced the order now and we should be able to confirm your engineer appointment date within 24-48 hours.

My home phone will be getting installed on the 7th and my broadband is set to become active on the 8th.

The engineer visit last week went well and I now have my phone and internet up and running without any problems.
