FTTP postcode checker error

Hello all

I'm moving in to a newbuild property soon .. It is cabled with full fibre and Openreach attended site last week

and installed the ONT which shows correct status lights ..

When I put my postcode into the Plusnet Fibre checker the address is correctly found but then I get the following error :-

"Really sorry about this. We're unable to show you which deals and packages are available at your address.

We're trying to fix this as quickly as we can, so please try again soon."

Any idea what's going on?

Thanks Steve

Re: FTTP postcode checker error

Fix

Does the BT wholesale checker https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome report the same information ?

Re: FTTP postcode checker error

Thanks for the reply @MisterW .. Would you believe I checked the BT wholesale link you posted an hour ago and it said status "planning"

Now it says status "available" and the plusnet postcode checker works ..

Amazing .. thanks again

Re: FTTP postcode checker error

@popeyeuk

I suspect it was simply a case of the paperwork taking time to update accross the systems.

When FTTP was installed on my street I spoke to the OR engineers doing the final testing. I was told the "circuit" was good, it would ne passed over to Commissioning and that OR systems would talk a couple of weeks to update. If I recall correctly it was about 10 days.
