Fibre Order

Hi,

 

the order tracker isnt showing any active orders and I havent had any info since the confirmation for 16th Sep. I also havent yet received the router, so was hoping the order tracker would let me know if one had been dispatched yet.

 

Is there something which can be done to get an update on if the router has been shipped and if my order is on track for Friday 16th Sep.

We’re quite chocka right now, so it’s taking a little longer than I’d usually like to get back to customers and I'm sorry about that.

 

I'm really sorry for the confusion over your router and I have check the account for you, it has been dispatched today. The router should be with you in the next 3 to 5 working days.
