Fibre broadband delay-new customer

Hi

I was supposed to be transferred to Plusnet yesterday. My previous ISP disconnected me yesterday so I have been without broadband or phone line. I have received a text today saying my order is delayed. I just want to know when my broadband will be working

I've now had the email saying my broadband is active and to wait until midnight. Just the flashing amber light on the router. I've switched the router on and off, reset the router and checked all my cables
