My speed upgrade happened this morning. My Amplifi HD router couldn't give me the full speed available to me (PPPoE and Hardware NAT unavailable) so I setup my Plusnet Hub Two and put my Amplifi HD into bridge mode. These are the speeds I'm now getting.

@shazzbot Is that speed test done on a computer connected to your router with an ethernet cable?

Are you using Plusnet's router or your own? If it's your own, make sure hardware NAT is enabled. It's needed for gigabit speeds. My own Amplifi HD router managed 840Mbit so I connected the Plusnet Hub Two, switched off wifi, configured it and put my Amplifi HD into bridge mode so the Plusnet Hub Two does all the NAT, DHCP and so on and the Amplifi HD does the wifi throughout the house.

No it's Hub2 only and everything looks ok in there

At least it's going to be easier for Plusnet/Openreach to troubleshoot given you're using the Plusnet router. I hope you get it sorted soon.

Yeh I'm thinking it may be a day late like when I upgraded to 300 from 150. Thank you for your help.
