How do I find out the stage of my order?

Senility has finally caught up with .I have had a day of total frustration with anything I want to access online and reaching out for help.
I signed up to switch to full fibre.I have had an engineers date that I can't remember! It is either 21st or 22nd August.Then a text from open reach Wednesday last week saying they will coming in the next couple of days to look at access.As far as I know they haven't done this!
I cannot find any confirmation of order and I don't know how to access my plus net emails.21st is not long away & open reach haven't been.Help!

@khkats Log into your account, and then use this link: Plusnet Ticket Search  to reveal open (and closed) tickets. There should also be an order tracker somewhere on your account, but where that is I'm afraid I can't remember, and can't check as I am no longer a PN customer.

They may not have needed access to the house to do the survey so they might have been and gone.

 

When the backbone network is installed the engineers report any potential problems over access to properties so when an order is placed by the consumer they know to do a detailed survey.

 

If there's a problem it should appear on a ticket on your account so have a look as advised previously.
